Project Description

At Master Esthetic program provides advanced training for students who successfully completed the Basic Program.  The training includes 600 hours of course work and practical requirements to pass the Virginia State Board examination.

Students are presented with a full range of hands-on practice sessions.  The advanced treatments include:

  • Chemical Peels
  • Dermaplanning
  • Energy Light Therapy
  • Enzyme Peels
  • IPL
  • LED
  • Lymphatic Drainage Massage
  • Microcurrent
  • Microdermabrasion
  • Shiatsu Massage
  • Ultrasound and more

Each Master Esthetic student will select a client with a skin condition as their own case study.  Students will partner with their instructor to develop a customized protocol to resolve the skin issue(s) for the client during their program study.  Additionally, the instructors will support students in building their clientele during the training period. Students are highly encouraged to bring in clients during their program study and will take these clients with them upon graduation.

The Master Esthetic Program offers additional certifications with PCA and G.M. Collins products and peels, as well as SkinCeuticals product training.

Graduates will receive a diploma and preparation for the VA State Board licensing exam.  LTI submits test scores and transcripts for students and provides support for exam application.
